Typical recruiter phone call, then it was a call with the HM which was good and informative. Next was 2 rounds of technical interviews and one behavioral. It didn’t seem that technical interviewees were experienced enough, plenty of questions around their own technology or problems they have. And worse than all, gas lightning after round of interviews.
