First contact was HR emphasizing how much work will be involved because it's a start up and that many different roles. Asked very general questions about experience. She said I would meet with a VP. That was set up weeks later. Interview with VP was much more in depth. He wanted detailed plans of action which was weird because I was not clear on the actual job description. I was told I would move on to another interview and they were setting it up with another VP. I did not hear back for a month and I had already accepted a job at another company. They said they have very few people doing a lot of work.
