Short notice invite to interview. Researched the role & company. Time out & expense taken to get dressed, travel & attend interview. Pleasant & warm interview. Discussion & questions around role. Seemed a good match to my experience. Got on well. Nothing to suggest a negative outcome. Then after interview; checking emails & listening for phone call. Silence. Days turned into weeks, still nothing. No updates, no courtesy or basic manners. As if the interview had never happened. Leica Biosystems, portrays itself as a fluffy, friendly, global force for good. It gets what suits it best from the interview process then chooses to throw aside "unsuccessful" candidates with no further communication. Leica Biosystems clearly demonstrates both contempt & disrespect for candidates time, effort & expense.
