Worst Worst Worst !!! Everything happens at goddamn snails pace here. Its like they are living in the 5th Century trying to discover tools made of stones. They flash exotic job descriptions and when you do your research you will know that you are doing nothing but admin/security/facility activities as a manager.

4 rounds of interview. 1st round was telephonic. Nicely conducted and very relevant questions. 2 round was Skype interview from Australia but had to attend from their office. Good 2 hours discussion. Asked about my past experiences ,present and my future goals. One of the best interviews I have till date. Then began the nightmare. Received a never ending questionnaire (LDW) which almost took 5 6 hours to fill and most of the questions were already asked in previous round of interviews. Couple of days after filing this got a call from the recruiting agency that one final round with India director was there. I reached on time and interview started almost on time.I answered all his questions and I hoped I will get through. But then he did not select me for reasons known only to him.
