I have applied online for the position and shortly after was invited for the first interview. It was with an HR representative and I had a truly pleasant experience. Within two weeks, I was invited for the second-stage interview that was with a Commercial Director and was more of an informative nature where he specified what is the business really doing and how would I fit within the organization, there, some practical questions were also asked. Afterwards, all my previous positive experience has been ruined with a complete unprofessionalism of the HR. I was contacted in 1.5 months and invited for a third-stage interview for which no one but me showed up, because, apparently, they asked to reschedule but the HR did not inform me about it. I got an expression that, in this organization, everyone in the HR does the job written in their contact and cannot go an extra mile to provide its candidates with a pleasant recruitment process. It is such a shame because the interviews were really interesting and went well and the company has such a meaningful mission.
