I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Leica Biosystems (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2015
Interview
Typical - no surprises. Lasted about an hour. Talked to the manager. Good 2 way discussion. Decided I did not want to relocate. Helped me to prepare for future interviews. I would return if they had a job in a spot I wanted to move to.
Very organized, structured, and comprehensive. A series of interviews with different team members followed by a sales presentation. At every step of the process the talent acquisition specialist was communicative and very helpful.
