I spoke to a recruiter and it all went well in the beginning. When asked about salary expectations, I stated that I am flexible and open to hear the range. She did not like that and suddenly the conversation tone was different. To note, this company does not even post salary range as required by law in certain states. Many oversights already and very inconsistent attitude overall. I already have two job offers and receive call backs after screening so this really stood out as poor experience.
