The interview process took about a month. I had a call with the HR, then a call with a higher manager, a call with a direct manager and a panel presentation. During an interview with the direct manager, she was driving (!) and the connection was constantly interrupted. As a result, I am not sure if she got all of my answers and I don't know if I got everything she said to me. This was NOT a comfortable experience, to say the least. I know that everyone is busy, but come on! You should at least set a time to talk to a person you are hiring. Then, during the panel presentation with other colleagues, this manager said she won't be turning the camera on, because she just got up(!). Excuse my interruption, dear! I am here just presenting a ppt that I worked really hard on. Pass.
