Very unpleasant journey, and unprofessional manner. I got interview invitation at the end of December, and because of the approaching of Christmas and new year, I was told that further information would be available in early January and interview would be undertaken in the middle of Jun. I was so happy at that time especially after so many declines and during the tough period of the pandemic rage. I actively prepared the interview during the holiday and had been waiting for the interview arrangement anxiously. On 7th January, as expected, I receive an email from Leica biosystem HR, and I exited and carefully click the mail. However, to my surprise, it was a reject letter full of formality like any other rejection letters I had received. I worked hard for the interview but ended up with such a causal rejection letter with No sorry, No explanation and No empathy. I replied to the email for the explanation but just like throwing stones in the sea. I am not only disappointed but also very angry. I devoted my time and my heart to this interview hoping to present the best of me to Leica, but they treated me in this way. Ok, I won’t trust you any more. This is not what a responsible company should do.
