Interview
It was a 1 hour teams call, and I was advised to brush up on my electrical, mechanical and pneumatic skills. Knowing the basics of that and some hospital field basics, the interview went alright technical question wise. However, my interviewer didn’t have their camera on and also didn’t care for the stories I tried to sneak in that exemplified adaptability or resourcefulness. Seemed liked he was reading from a script. Wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t great. Seems like they’re hiring solely off technical ability which isn’t a bad thing but doesn’t promote culture.
