I interviewed at Leica Biosystems at their Vista, CA site in 2024. One of the interviewers joined 17 minutes late in a 30 minute interview. I simply did not have enough time to highlight relevant experience. I requested the team for rescheduling as I did not get a fair chance to interview. While I understand that mistakes happen, I do not respect the fact that I wasn't given a fair chance. Definitely a red flag in my book.
