I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Dayton, OH) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interview process started with an email asking for several questions.
Next was a technical phone interview that lasted about an hour and a half. I think the questions were fairly neutral in terms of difficulty, except the last question. The last question was a difficult search algorithm problem. I should mention that they didn't expect people to get the last question correct.
After the phone interview, the in-person interview was scheduled over email. The in-person interview consisted of entirely whiteboard algorithm questions in front of 3-4 other team members.

There were two rounds of interviews with the same three interviewers. The first round was behavioral with a ~15 minute section for technical trivia questions. The second round was entire technical with 3 leetcode easy style questions. Both interviews took about 1 hour to complete.

Explain a potential problem that might arise concurrent programs.
It was a pretty easy process—just one round of panel interviews. I didn’t receive a final offer because they didn’t win the contract. During the interview, they seemed quite confident they would win it, but in the end, they didn’t. So, please don’t stop applying to other positions until you receive a final offer from them.
