After applying and having my interview set up, I waited on the call for about 15 minutes and the managers for the team was a no show, I emailed recruiter and had no response until next day where I was told manager wanted to reschedule and the recruiter had the day off on day of interview so she wasn’t able to warn me in time. Tbh although annoyed I thought I’d be understanding since problems can arrive in the workplace unintentionally. After setting up next interview, it was again a no show and I was just waiting on call flabbergasted that something like this happened twice. For some reason tho I still decided to wait around, mainly just waiting around with phone, wasn’t expecting much and was about to leave as 15 minute mark reached. By some miracle the dude actually decided to show up. I was surprised but the man said he was trying to learn how to enter the teams call which I just took as euphemism that he probably forgot. we ended up having our interview and it was just the standard behavioral questions, honestly I thought answering and question part went well and the manager seemed to think so too since he said he’ll likely schedule next interview. Well it’s been over a week and when I try to contact recruiter or the manager, I get no response, I’ve just figured they probably ghosted me but nonetheless I wanted to write this review on one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had.

The interview process consisted of a phone interview first to verify the candidates information and credentials. Then there was a video interview with hiring managers to see if the candidate was a good fit.

Started with a phone screen. Two days later went in for a face to face interview. Then I waited two months until a decision was made. Ended up getting the job.
