Basic online interview to discover more about the role. Discovered that they essentially lied about the pay on the job posting. The job posting said $45k-75k. Come to find out, that doesn't mean Base = $45k with upward potential of $75k. There's 2 types of pay: full commission and part commission. The full commission is straightforward, but the part commission is a base pay of........$24k.

It went great. People are informative and good communicators. They wont beat around the bush. It was an online interview. They made me feel comfortable and there wasn’t a lot of pressure.
