First, I got a call for a screening interview where I was asked about my experience, my knowledge of their domain(mortgage). Then, they handed me a coding assignment to build a simple CLI with ruby. Even though I submitted the assignment, they didn't give me a feedback as to what was good, what should have done better about the assignment. I wish they respected candidates more especially I used my personal time to do the assignment for them.
