The interview process was pretty thorough. You talk to multiple people consecutively for 30 minutes which gives you the opportunity to ask a lot of questions, but a lot of conversations are also redundant.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LendingTree (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Whole process was fairly simple from start to finish. HR screen, then interview with hiring manager, and then on-site interview with the team. Took about 2-3 weeks total and communication was great the entire time.
Recruiter seems never care. I sent her my availabilities and time, she replied to me with a date that I am not available. After rescheduling the phone screen, she never called nor reschedule. Very unprofessional.
