Interview process is bonkers. First interview was in 2022. Made it through HR screening and then 3 rounds of interviews. Last round was 2 panel interviews and a 1-1 with Finance Director. Never heard back. Second interview was late 2024. HR screening then 2 rounds, second round was a total of 4 hours. I was told there would be another round after that if I was chosen. I was not. TLDR- plan to spend at least a full day of PTO on interviews and you still might not get the job.
