I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Lennox International (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
Two days of interviews. Approximately 4 on the first day and then another two or three on the second day. The interviews were professional but the process definitely was not. I received very positive feedback but all of my multiple attempts to follow up were ignored. Finally after 4 months (yes, four) I received a rejection email. The same thing happened again about a year later, except the waiting period was over 5 months. Totally unprofessional and very disrespectful to a candidate who invested a lot of time preparing for the interview, not to mention missing two days of work on the first go-round and another two days the following year. Avoid this company.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lennox International (Richardson, TX) in Nov 2016
Interview
I received a phone interview with my hiring manager and was brought in for an in-person interview with him the next week. The following week I met with the VP and another Senior manager for a panel interview. The position was needing to be filled quickly and I received an offer the following week.
