Candidates who cleared this stage proceeded to a group discussion, where communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to present ideas clearly were assessed. This was followed by technical interview rounds, where candidates were evaluated on their core subject knowledge, problem-solving skills, and practical application of concepts.

The first aptitude test was easy. The second was a group discussion on a common topic like 'Advantages vs. Disadvantages of Social Media'. The third was the Technical HR round, which can have 3 to 5 rounds depending on the candidate.
