I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lenovo
Interview
Received a email from a recruiter, set up a phone interview. Waited 2 months for a face to face interview. In the face to face it was a 3 round process which was very different from what I have experienced in the past. Consisted of group interview, 1 on 1, and a presentation given to managers.

Question 1
How would you sell me on Lenovo if I was a potential customer.
Easy and straight to the point, not too many behavioral questions. Phone screen and then calls/meeting with the manager. Very pleasant people, I ended up taking a job with another company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lenovo (Raleigh, NC) in Sep 2023
Interview
Met with a few people via zoom and then scheduled an in person interview. I ended up getting an offer from a different company and decided to go that route. Overall great experience

Question 1
How would you go about managing retention and outreach rates
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lenovo (Rueil-Malmaison) in Jul 2022
Interview
