7 Interviews insgesamt, welche alle sehr kurzfristig aufgesetzt worden sind haben bei mir einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Vorbereitung fuer die finallen Runden waren sehr aufwendig. Ich versteh, dass Kandidaten in Schluesselpositionen stark geprueft werden, aber nach 7 Runden bis zu 1.5h lange Interviews sollte irgendwann auch mal entschieden werden und die Zeit des Kandidaten in Betracht gezogen werden.
