Interview process is very efficient and prompt. They are strictly technical and expect you to justify your solution at all layers and use case driven, Its more of a discussion I would say

Using thinkedge servers, how can you propose a solution for a retail supermarket who wants to enter AI stream?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Lenovo (Raleigh, NC) in May 2017
Interview
Applied online and the recruiter reached out roughly two weeks later. One week later, I had a phone call with the hiring manager and then three weeks later I was called onsite for an interview. I interviewed with five people and each session was for 30 to 45 minutes. Couple of days later I was offered the position.
This was the best job interview experience I have ever had. All the people interviewing me were just the nicest people, extremely friendly and very respectful.
