Interview
4 rounds of interviews. First interview is an introduction to the company with a VP. Consists of basic stuff like why you want to be a financial advisor and about your career goals. The third round is technical, where the VP asks will present a topic to you and will then have you present it back to him. The third round is with a different VP and is similar to the first interview. The third round is with the director and he will go more in depth into your background and why you want to be a financial advisor.
Seemed like a little bro-like and scammy. Interviewer was obviously reading from a script. He really liked to talk about work hard play hard lifestyle. How your family and friends may not understand how hard you are working. How you won’t make money at first then you’ll become super rich. It came off pretty bad.
It was 5 rounds, similar questions throughout process, one technical question. process overall was easy but just lengthy and involved an in person round. very clear breakdown from the hiring manager about the role and company.
Nice guy, just decided the job wasn't for me. Pretty much just asks you if you're willing to work a commission based, low-pay job for the first 1-2 years. Goes a little into what the role is like
