The company dragged out my interview process for a three month period. They came across as extremely disorganized. I interviewed with three different people total. After each interview I tried following up to see when I would hear about what the next step is and I never got responses. Someone would then contact me a month later and ask for another interview. I live out of state and for my last interview I had to travel to their office. Once I got there they acted like they had never even spoken to me before. Each interviewer asked the same generic questions from a sheet of paper. At the the end of the interview they refused to even look at my letters of recommendations, references. etc. At the end of my trip I tried contacting my last interviewer for a follow-up and never got a response. After three months and a spending $500 traveling a common courtesy phone call would have been nice to let me know I did not get the job... This was definitely the strangest and most frustrating interview process I have ever gone through.
