I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lenox Advisors in Mar 2024
Interview
Two main interviews with some catching up in between. First main interview with the VP (phone -> Zoom) and if they like you, meet with the SVP in person. The interview process is not hard, and if you look at the people that they bring on in addition to the job description, you realize that the bar is not that high.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioral questions for the most part. More practical questions asking about how you dealt with situations for them to see how you might act in the office when taken on.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lenox Advisors (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview is fairly easy. They like to ask you a question and if they see you thinking about it for a bit too long they’ll say “it’s not a trick question”. Overall not bad but the expect you to work IB hours for almost no pay just to grow your book of business.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lenox Advisors (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Pretty straightforward I believe around 4 rounds. 1 initial phone call, followed by another more formal zoom, then another presentation zoom and lastly an in person meeting. Very honest with you and tell you everything you need to know.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lenox Advisors (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2024
Interview
Multiple rounds with multiple interviews with upper management. A lot of the interviews were behavioral/fit focused with one trial presentation interview. Everyone interviewer was professional and respectful. I took my final interview one month after my initial.
