Lenox Advisors interview questions

Process wasn't bad. Initial phone screen was with Jennifer Bartone and she's very warm, friendly and provides a real perspective of what the role is like. After the phone screen she sent me an invite to meet with the Director in NYC. Then a second interview at the office to meet the RMs and then an assessment. Finally an offer letter after an application and references were provided. In total about 2 weeks to get it altogether which is pretty decent.

Phone interview with someone in HR, then several face to face rounds with different members of planning team (planners). Each interview lasted about 45min - 1hour, followed by a final interview with director of the department. First few interviews were about knowledge and personality, but by time I met with director, it was largely about to personality.
