I applied at the end of January for the summer internship. I interviewed with Jill, the recruiting director, in February and it went well. I sent a follow up email 2 weeks later and heard nothing back. Eager to make plans for the summer, I sent another email a few weeks after that. I waited for over 3 months to find out they had made decisions. I know that all of the other applicants were wondering as well. Jill is very nice in person but not responsive over email. I've never received a response from her. The company took way longer than they said to make decisions and announce anything to give applicants closure, which wasn't super considerate of everyone's timeline.
