I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Leo Burnett (Beirut) in May 2013
Interview
I was already an intern at the time, and so my "interview" was mostly the month I worked. I got my internship through a referral from a friend in the same department. My actual "interview" was more a formality to ensure I wished to stay on with the company. By that point my work had spoken for itself. In my experience, Leo hires many interns directly - the ones that seem passionate and really try to tackle creative briefs and can work well with the existing teams will generally be offered a position if one is available.
Very convenient. More like a vibe check. Was asked about whether comfortable working late and on weekends occasionally. But the conversation overall was very free flowing and simple. It was a campus placement.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leo Burnett (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Dec 2024
Interview
dull process, two interviews, had to also do two tests - logic and iq i think. didn t get the results explained but i moved into the nexxt stage only to tell me they ve moved on with someone else who probably asked for less money
Thorough and professional interview. Asked about several references and work examples, then referred me to the hiring manager the following week. All questions were standard and asked in a friendly way.
