Interview
3 hhone Interviews with different team members. Since it was an international hiring, I spoke to HR Director, Account SVP, and Latin America SVP. The process was well structured and very professional.
Straight forward, didn’t ask any interview questions outside the normal ones you would get for an Account Sup level. There were multiple rounds (4x total). Not a surprising or rigorous process.
First round was via phone/HR, second was w/ hiring Account Director via phone. Third round was in-person interviews, same day with Account Director, VP, and HR. Received feedback/offer approximately 2 weeks later.
