Tell me about a time you used data to make a business related decision.
Amazing. It is honestly not very hard if I had to put it that way. They ask about some ads which you like and it goes on from there. They expect us to go through there website thoroughly

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Leo Burnett (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2017
Interview
Applied through referral. Got a recruiter call followed by call with the Hiring Manager. The next/final round was supposed to be with the Team onsite.
The conversations with both, the recruiter and the Hiring Manager went very well.
The Recruiter WILL NOT RESPOND, come what may. No emails or calls, nothing. The Hiring Manager connected with me offline to provide details and once they were ready to proceed, the RECRUITER still DID NOT RESPOND. The least they could do is reject, but the position was still open and it seemed like waste of time to try and get in touch.
