The interview process was smooth. Many thanks to Creative Recruiter, gave some tips afterwards, explained more about the company. Next interview with Hiring Manager was also great, shared my experience, talked about company, future plans, best/worse projects, daily tasks etc.

Sent in my application through their application portal, got a response 3months(?) later. Best interview chat I've ever had. The conversation flowed so naturally it didn't even feel like an interview. I normally have a hard time expressing myself and just interviewing in general but the recruiter I talked to was so amazing at leading conversation (and you'd get the sense what they want to hear as well) that I WANTED to tell her more stuff while being on topic. Got the offer the next day.

Met with three different individuals. Two of them were replacements for the people I was actually supposed to meet with. Felt rushed and like it was a waste of time for the one person I actually was scheduled with, despite being recruited and not even seeking the position.
