Interview
Overall it was a great experience. A recruiter called me about a month after I applied for a quick 20 minute phone screener to make sure I was still interested. We scheduled my virtual interview with two project management executives for the following day. It was about an hour long and they basically just wanted me to talk about if I had any experience with project management. The recruiter called me 10 minutes after the interview to make an offer. I really appreciated both the interviewers for sharing their excitement in me joining the team and the recruiter for being so encouraging and keeping strong communication.

Interview process was super simple. Phone interview with recruiter. Panel interview with 3-4 people. Job offer within two weeks. Questions were focused on digital project management capes paired with typical situational questions. Pretty straightforward interview and everyone was pretty seasoned in the agency world.
