The interviewer was over an hour late, told me he legally couldn't ask me any questions? So told me just to just speak. Ended my interview 10 minutes in without asking 1 question. He abruptly got up as if he was too busy and ended it right as it began. Most the interview was about his house remodel (which is why he was so late to the interview). I can't help but think there was a race factor as it was clear my interview was not even an interview and I have heard from an employee that works there that they have an issue with hiring minorities so much so that they had to hire a head hunter to find them an african american employee to cover their butts while getting investigated for that problem. Terrible and discouraging experience
