The whole process took a very long time. It took them about 2 months and 4 rounds of interviews for them to make a decision. The hiring manager didn’t ghost me, so that’s nice.

I participated in a traditional portfolio review and presentation, where I showcased my design process and explained my creative thinking. In addition, they assigned me a small design task to complete within a week’s time, allowing them to further assess my skills and approach under a time constraint.

One day, in-person, and with multiple interviewers. First met with Creative Director, then the Group Creative Director, and finally with one of the heads of Creative Services. It took about 1.5-2 hours and was fairly straight-forward. They were very friendly.
