I had a call from HR within 4 hours of submitting my resume (good). My first phone screen went well, then I had a phone interview the next week with the hiring manager. We spoke for about 20 minutes, I was told next steps would be an in person interview with several individuals within the next week. I received a rejection letter 1 month later.
