I applied online and was contacted by the Talent Specialist a few days later. First step was a 30 minute phone screen with him where we talked about my background. Second step was a 30 minute video interview with the hiring manager and my direct manager. There we talked more about my background, how I thought it related to the role, their expectations of the role, etc. Third step was an 1.5 hour in-person with three other SDMs and again with my direct manager. The other SDMs asked me about my background, we talked about the role, their experiences in the role and the overall culture. There was a lot of repeating of the same questions between different people, but I didn't mind as I knew they each needed to gather their own opinion of me. Overall communication was super prompt at every checkpoint. They always got back to me when they said they would or before. Everyone there was EXTREMELY friendly and positive.
