Casual, they have you interview with one manager and if they like you, you will get asked at the same interview to speak to another manager. They look for optimistic people it seems like.

I went through the first initial interview and met with restaurant managers. I received a call back and then met with one of the partners and owner. The owner said someone would giving a call but then ended up ghosting me.

Interview
This is clearly a very large restaurant group who are very organized and care about not only the employees, the interview process, but also the training process and offer you a ton of support. Very professional.
