I completed multiple rounds with managers and Lettuce partner at my restaurant of interest. Everyone with whom I interviewed was incredibly friendly, and the interview itself felt very standard and chill.

Interview
Very simple, I had no hospitality experience but loads of customer service and sales. Was asked how I could apply those experiences to hospitality. It was a one on one interview with a GM for multiple restaurants. It was an easy process because the restaurant was new and not even open yet so they were hiring many young attractive people with all types of experiences.

Interview
Walked in and filled out application and sat down with a manager right away. I was called and asked back for another interview and was offered the job. I started about a week later.
