I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Levelset (New Orleans, LA) in Nov 2018
Interview
I had two phone interview and one in-person interview. The process from first interview to offer was four weeks, and in my case, one of these weeks was holiday week. The first interview was with the team manager, the second was with a team member, and the in-person interview was at zlien in New Orleans with another team member and the team manager. Phone interviews were around 30 minutes, and I spent about an hour in my in-person interview. Interviews were guided by prepared questions, but they were very conversational in my case. Although I anticipated most of the questions that were asked, there were a couple that were thoughtfully connected to company core values I hadn't considered.

Tell me about a time you made someone's day professionally.
I applied online. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at Levelset (New Orleans, LA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I had kind of a unique interview process in that I started interviewing almost a full year before eventually getting hired! My first interview was in October 2018, it was a phone interview and I didn't end up getting a second round. I applied again a few months later when I saw that Levelset was hiring again for the same position. This time they had me skip the initial interview and I was set up on a call with another member of the Support team. From there, they let me know the next step would be to come into the office for a third round, in-person interview. However, at that time Levelset was finalizing the interview process with another candidate, and they let me know that they would bring me into the office the next time they were hiring for this position, which ended up being a few months later. The third time was the charm -- I came in for another interview with two Support team members I hadn't spoken with yet, then Levelset called all three of my references, and then I received an offer.
