Very personable, engaging, and low pressure. He seemed genuinely interested in my aspirations, goals, and desires... as well what I feel I could bring to the role. He made it clear that I was interviewing him as much as he was interviewing me.

This was a 30 minute pre-interview phone call. It was a basic walk through of existing skills and then a series of sales related questions. The interview was followed by an assessment test.

The process was as expected from a company of this Level. The phone interview was testing and challenging. The in person interview was both 1 on 1 and paneled with Sales Leaders. Finally a show of skill was ask for in the for of making live calls on the spot.
