Although my interview was not that recent, I do remember the full experience. Having worked here for a year and a half now, one of the most refreshing things about the company is they approach a lot of things differently than most conventional companies in the area. Elsewhere it is the norm to apply for a job, hear back maybe 3 weeks later, interview, and if you're lucky you might hear back 2 weeks later if you got it or 6 months later if you didn't. I applied, was contacted, interviewed and was notified of the result all within a 2 week span. This company is one of high growth and in being such they (now we) are diligent and will not waste anyone's time, while always bring forthright about the tough messages.
