Levelset Recruiting Manager interview questions

I applied for this job and was contacted and interviewed by the recruiter, who had indicated that they would follow up with the next steps of their process. After nearly a week, I returned to the recruiter to ask if I was still under consideration for the role and I was told "yes". More than two weeks had passed when I received a template rejection letter in my junk email box. This practice is unprofessional, incompetent, cowardly and just downright pathetic. At least have some dignity and professionalism to contact a client with some results, within a REASONABLE period of time, and NOT with an email template. Pathetic.
