I was looking for part time work and came across an ad to fill a merchandising position with Lewis Bakeries (Bunny Bread) in the Indianapolis territory. Shortly after applying I received a phone call to schedule an interview. The hiring process was fairly basic after that. I met with the Indianapolis Sales Manager and was asked a few questions regarding my resume and discussed daily tasks of the position. After the interview and the details of the position were given he asked if merchandising was something that interested me. I replied with a simple yes and was hired in.
