Interview
The interview process consisted of a recruiter and a hiring manager. Unfortunately, each time the process never moved past the hiring manager. Both hiring managers said I didn't have what it took to work there even though I have 10+ years of SaaS experience selling enterprise products B2B and they hire random people who have nooo experience working in SaaS or have limited experience really managing enterprise sales cycles.

Tell me about a time you navigated a difficult sales cycle and received push back.
Our business is in Frisco, TX and I'm sure our recruiting team can give helpful feedback as it does not come from the hiring managers in the early stages of recruitment. Our sales roles do require solid experience, which translates into their final presentation with two Director-level hiring managers before an offer is made.
