The process started with a written exercise. Following this two interviews around a week afterwards with different members of the team including other paralegals. Quick process and good communication throughout from the hiring manager.
Slow in response between interviews and disorderly interviews where the interviewer didn’t seem prepared in asking questions and was reading off a screen which is fine once or twice but it was obvious it was prepared last minute - not a good impression and low salary
