There were 2 interview rounds, one Technical and one HR. In the next round (HR), I was asked: Introduce yourself What are your strengths and weaknesses How did you come to know about Lexmark Why do you want to work here How many other offers do you have Why do you want to consider this offer After working here for more than 2 months, I can say the work culture of this company is really good.
