Limited process with no feedback regarding progress after an initial interview despite numerous attempts by me to obtain a progress update. Instead I get the typical stall tactics with either no response to my communications or the ever-popular "we're checking with the hiring manager and will let you know" until the rejection email comes some 35 days later with the standardized template excuse of "While we found your credentials to be impressive, we have determined that the qualifications of others are more closely suited to our present needs." Pathetic and so typical of companies in their hiring practices.
