The HR partner called me and scheduled the interview. 2 senior employees took my video interview. It started with a generic "Tell me about yourself ". However while replying I felt like both of them weren't paying attention to my answer, instead were glued to something else on there screen! First 20 min went this way, they asked a few premeditated questions, I answered while noticing they weren't even listening to me ! After 20 min they told me they were glued to the Argentina vs Saudi Arabia match of WC 2022 !! Then they asked 2-3 more questions (kind of reluctantly) and closed the interview. May be Argentina losing the match had some impact on them. I requested them to get me a feedback irrespective of whether being considered for the next round or not. As usual no response from them. I also didn't care much after this strange experience, and didn't follow up with the meeting organizer !
