I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance
Interview
The process starts with a phone screen and moves into multiple rounds with managers, often stretched over months. If they’re interested, they’ll move quickly to schedule the next round. But if they’re not, you’ll likely hear nothing after weeks even if you follow up. It’s a long, tiring process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance
Interview
Interview was very weirdly paced. My first question from them is if I had any questions for them about the role, which lead to a very disjointed conversation. It was clear the one gentleman had no interview experience and was uncomfortable asking questions and providing answers. They did not give any pay range in the interview, stating they did not know. They also said they would let me know next steps in two weeks, which was very odd and a long time to me. They never ended up getting back to me about not getting the job, which I find extremely unprofessional.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA) in May 2019
Interview
Consisted of a phone interview that evolved into an invitation to interview at their Headquarters. The HR representatives were not flexible at all and would not schedule a new interview. They were also not very hospitable in regard to travel arrangements.
The employees were however very impressive and engaging. They had good background and it seemed to be a pleasant corporate culture.
