I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. The recruiter was friendly, but didn't seem to know much about the particular position I was interviewing for. She could only answer my questions in a general sense. She told me that Liberty Mutual would be in touch to set up an in person interview. About a week later I was contacted for the in person interview. The interview was awkward at best. Neither interviewer was particularly friendly, and there was little back and forth dialogue.

Question 1
Talk about a time when you made a mistake at work. What were the results of that mistake?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2017
Interview
I filled out the online application and completed the assessment on 09/26. I received an email from a recruiter on 10/04 requesting a phone interview for 10/06. The phone interview lasted about 30 mins and I was mostly asked questions about my resume and situational questions. At the end she told me that I would have an in person interview and that I would receive an email with specifics. The in person interview was on 10/10. I interviewed with 2 managers and they were both really nice. The email stated the interview would be for 1 hour however it was only about 30 mins and only consisted of 3 situational questions. This made me very nervous and I didn’t think I did well. I then had a job shadow with a current employee for about 30 mins. It was very interesting and I really enjoyed it. I received a call from one of the managers I interviewed with on 10/13 and I was offered the position which I accepted! The process was really quick!
